Configra was founded in 2006 and is based in Palmerston North New Zealand. We offer a complete, integrated range of technology services, delivered through our three business units:

Web and Development Services

The core of our business, web services provides web and application development, hosting, managed support and software services for small to medium businesses.

Technology Services

Technology services provides procurement, installation, support and servicing of all types of hardware and software for home and business users. We are proud to offer a very high level of service, with one hour response times, fast repair turnaround and friendly, knowledgeable technicians.

Parts

Configra Parts was established in 2009 to reduce the cost and order time for desktop, laptop, printer and other parts, by importing into New Zealand directly from manufacturers and international wholesalers. Since launch it has been very successful, reducing the cost of some parts (Laptop LCD screens and Motherboards in particular) to one-third of traditional prices.

Each of these units operate together to provide a completely cohesive service, enabling us to provide a a total range of services including websites, equipment, installation, support and servicing.

Coverage

We provide onsite servicing for home and business within the Manawatu and Horowhenua regions, and offer remote support and web/software development New Zealand wide and internationally. We provide regional representation for several Auckland based tech companies, and develop for multiple organisations in Australia, America, South Africa and England. Arrangements are also available for servicing in other regions, particularly for specialist support in Printer/Imaging equipment.
