We are one of a few companies to provide expertise in printer repairs. We service and repair all makes and models of ink and toner based printers and MFP’s onsite within Palmerston North and Horowhenua, from consumer to enterprise level devices. From routine servicing, parts (including fusers, maintenance kits, rollers, paper trays and other accessories) to repairs, we do it all.

What we repair
We repair all types of issues including paper jams, poor quality prints, misalignment and everything else. We also specialise in HP Designjet (including T1100, Z Series and 500 series) servicing and repairs, and offer rapid turnaround on all issues, including broken carriage belts.
Response time
Printers are critical to business, so we can be onsite within 1 hour or at a time that suits you. We also provide after hours support, so no matter when you need assistance we’re only an email or call away.
Maintenance agreements
Preventative service is always better than repair, so we can customise a maintenance agreement for you to ensure issue-free operation of your printing equipment. We can also extend these agreements to cover any other equipment (such as computers) in your office.
